Hi all!

Here comes my noob question:
Is there any way to check from inside ufo
a) if I play a modded game
and if yes then
b) what mod is active?

thanks!

hehehe
ui think...
if u r using SW weapon reabalance mod let say 3.16, then all the changes will take effect after u done copy pasting it to ur folder,
if u using the asssault mod, u'll find that the enemy is a lot and tough tho laugh.gif

have a nice day wink.gif

Unfortunately, neither the profiles nor the save keep info on what mod files were in use at that time.

As far as current actives mods, I believe there's one out there that changes the game's version string caption so it also displays the mod version, but that doesn't consider if other mods (compatible ones) are in use too.

Thanks for the replies!
You confirm what I was suspecting: I cannot tell if a mod is active.
The statement "as soon as you copy it into target-dir" is not valid. Because I cannot confirm if ufo really makes use of it.
